She possess strong interpersonal skills with significant communication skills (writing and oral), very dependable, time management, good leadership skills, self confidence, very good in stress management, good team player, passion for problem solving and experience in implementing donor funded projects, reporting to development partner and proficient with word, Microsoft, Excel, and power point presentations.
She is a visionary leader, responsible for strategic direction of Compassion Community Care Development Foundation, hiring and managing the rest of the staff, she runs day to day operations of the NGO, she execute the missions and work of the foundation at a high level. She is also making daily and monthly financial divisions, ensuring that resource are in place for carrying out the missions of the foundation.

He is a foreign policy expert and senior consultant on international affairs, diplomatic relations and diplomacy on African affairs. Chief Agala is also an expert on financial management, wealth creation, economic development, good governance for developing countries, poverty reduction, and resource management. He is also specializes on political crisis solution, terrorism, and peace negotiation for developing countries. He is very familiar with internal control and application of laws and regulations.

Dr Ugwuoke Emmanuel Chigbogu, (Prof) PhD Computer Sc, M.sc , B.sc. . Director Human Resources and Administration. He is responsible for administrative work, development, implementing staff recruitment posting, interviewing and preparing job description. The director HR and Admin also processes and ensuring that all policies and procedures are in compliance with all national regulations and laws of our NGO.
He is responsible for taking action to inspire the development of products and services that can improve health and health care in different communities. He promote economic and social well-being for individuals, Families and communities. Directors HHS, is helping to improve the health and well being of Children, older Adults, Seniors, and families. He organizes a community based programs like family planning, immunization integrated child Development services, female education, female education, prevention of diseases, health and nutrition education etc
