Mission:

Our mission is creating life-changes opportunities for disadvantaged people in America and Africa through our rehabilitative program  to have an alternative life style,and become more and better productive citizens in their communities. We are Providing  cultural exchange programs and understanding between United States citizens and citizens of other countries. Promoting cultural heritage and speaking of native language, encouraging parents to nurture their children with their native language before introducing them with other languages, empowering people, communities and alleviating poverty in the communities.

Vision:

The vision of Compassion Community Care Development Foundation geared towards achieving large scale positive changes in the communities through our different programes such as  rehabilitative programs, cultural exchange programs, skill acquisition programes, agricultural programes, economic and social programes that will enable people to realize their potentials. Provide  opportunities for African Americans,  and other minorities  who are interested in cultural exchange to travel to African countries of their choice, expose to nature and reduce the low self-esteem that leads to violence. To assist in reducing  of extreme poverty and hunger in our rural communities and make life worth living for vulnerable in many communities. Thus, bringing more joy, hope, and better future for all in our society. Building community hospitals, orphanage homes, and homes for the aged with social amenities, such as quality medical and emotional care to improve well-being in the different rural communities
